Big Bag Anlage Silo: capacity 500t., equiped with weighing system. Hatches for dust explosion. Redler chaine to fill up train or lorrie-silo coming out of pit. Underground conveyor belt equipped with magnet to remove iron parts. Silo has 4 exits:- 2 to the installation to fill the 50 kg bags. - 1 to the installation of the big bags of 1000 kg. Bigbag will be blown up before product will come in. The big bags will be put side by side. There they will be transported by 4 bags. - 1 to the conveyor belt to the installation of the 50 kg bags. Each installation has 2 weighingsystems. Operator puts the empty bags. Bags will be sawed automaticly. 2 installations feed each a pallitiser/sling machine, who can be programmated. Those slings are pushed together ; there 4 units will be picked up. Whole installation controlled by a meteorological institute and is equipped with Siemens PLC. Big Bags has a capacity of 450 t /shift. Installation of the 50 kg Bags : 200 - 230 t per line / shift x 2 = 460 ton / shift !! |
